Auckland Transport.

First day of my third and final year at AUT! In typical fashion, we were mercilessly presented with a design brief on our first day back. Tasked with improving night-time public transport to, around, and from the suburb of Balmoral, the Auckland Transport ( AT ) brief is a refreshingly open ended assignment, allowing us to explore multiple design solutions around a loose objective framework. We are to present our design research and exploration in a different manner to previous design tasks; in a blog format as opposed to a conventional portfolio, and there is increased weight attached to the final presentation. This mirrors an actual industry scenario, and will provide us with valuable experience to use in our careers.
