AT: Roleplaying and observations

A group of us headed out to Dominion Road once again to record our observations of the public transport system and to conduct roleplaying to attain valuable insight into the workings of Dominion Roads bus network. From this, I constructed an experience map, plotting the highs and lows of the experience and my emotions felt during the task. This aided me in picking out problem areas. Coupling this with observations and user feedback, I will be able to ascertain the needs and insights required to form the opportunity statements needed to ground my brief moving forwards.
