In our table groups, we brainstormed the issues that we spotted over the course of our knowledge gathering. Working collaboratively helped us to quickly fill a page with the issues we discovered when employing the roleplaying and observation methods. It quickly became apparent that the areas of lighting, wayfinding and shelter provided the most opportunities for innovation and improvement. Problems in the afformentioed areas and quickfire concepts were generated with ease and enthusiasm, helping each of us establish a direction we wanted to pursue. I decided on the area of wayfinding and lighting as my chosen area of focus, as it was an area both myself and other public transport users felt was at a huge deficiency.
With the main issues highlighted, I moved onto establishing the stakeholders involved in public transport along Dominion Road. This was the first step towards developing a more focused set of users, and will help me to finetune my design concept for a certain demographic.

Having racked my brain for all possible stakeholders and users, I felt confident that I had them all covered! Nearing the end of the investigate phase, I shall begin ideating with a select few of these user groups in mind, but remain inclusive of extreme users. These will form the basis for more in depth personas which will in turn help define my concepts.
