AT: Proportions

Further developing my geometric droplet concept, I began to explore proportions and sizes for the lighting piece. I began by drawing up a side elevation of the proposed concept.

Drawn to scale, I explored different angles and proportions before settling on a shape. This exercise actually turned out to be a complete mistake. Drawing what i thought was a side view, I quickly realised after making a cardboard mock up that it was only one of the five sides...something that was painfully obvious in hindsight!

Back to the drawing board!
